It is aimed at beginners or for more experienced kettlebell enthusiasts who wish to improve their techniques. Approximately 70 minutes in length.
Designed for those who already have some experience working out with kettlebells and want to take their training to the next level, this 3-part DVD features programmes for beginner, intermediate and advanced users. Each workout programme lasts approximately 25 minutes.
